I was doing my own muscle training, but I was worried about the correct posture, so I went to Niagam, which specializes in the lower body and buttocks.
It's a personal training, so it's expensive, but I think the correct form and dietary advice will be useful after graduation. Being caring about food is a really big harvest!
In particular, I was afraid that I would not be able to continue a carb-free diet for the rest of my life, but at Niagam, I am supposed to take an appropriate amount of carbs, so I can enjoy eating ♪
I haven't lost much weight at Alafor until now, but I've gradually lost weight in a month! I will continue to do my best so that I can have confidence in my back view.

When I was looking for a personal gym specializing in hip-up and lower body thinning, which I had been worried about for many years, I found out about Nia Gym.
In the counseling, we asked them specifically about their daily diet, how they would like to change their bodies. Also, if you show me a picture of the before and after body shape of the person who actually graduated from training, and if you continue training properly, the position of your hips will rise so much! I was surprised and thought that I might have hope for my short legs.
In the first training, I was taught the basic movements to stretch the back of the thighs, but I couldn't get a sense of the correct form ... I hadn't done muscle training for a long time, so it was really hard, but I can get results. I want to do my best!
At first, I was looking at other personal gyms, but my first impression was that I was attracted to the "green space (the floor looks like a lawn)", "going empty-handed", and "the calm atmosphere of Mr. Ito who counseled me". I decided on this one.
When I actually go through it, the training is still heroic every time, but it feels like time has passed in a blink of an eye, probably because the content is different each time. In addition, Mr. Ito, a trainer, takes good care of his physical condition and takes breaks as needed, so he can proceed with hard training without difficulty. (A little chat is also an encouragement for training ^^)
In terms of diet, there are no strict restrictions on carbohydrate intake, and I feel that it is being continued without difficulty. I used to think "Thorough dietary restrictions! No carbohydrates!" To change my body, but after being told that "diet is part of training", I realized that eating carbohydrates is also important.
It's my first personal gym, but I'm really glad I did it here. It is a gym that you can recommend with confidence so that you can enjoy it without difficulty!
