Curves is not professional and have poor quality service. Ever since the COVID 19, the company was closed down and they still charged monthly fees. As the COVID cases rise in Tokyo, I am not comfortable to go. The equipment is very old and they are not taking enough precautions after opening. I would suggest avoiding the membership unless you don’t want to be charged extra money.

Very unprofessional and very poor quality . When the Curve was closed during Tokyo COVID19 lockdown , they still charged me. Since they had a positive COVID19 case at CURVE, I didn't feel comfortable to go. The staff is very unprofessional and even the equipment are old styled. Never updated. Try avoiding taking membership

The moment I got off the elevator, there were surprisingly many people and people without masks were flirting. It is a light exercise that does not splash, so no mask is required. Reuse the machine. However, the staff wears a full shield. I could understand the contents and was strongly encouraged to join on the day of the experience, so I went through the membership procedure, but I still had doubts about corona measures, so I stopped after that.
