確かにワークアウトの機械は最新で素晴らしいと思いますが、スタジオのレッスンは今一つです。ダンスと書いてあるので参加してみましたがエアロビクスの延長という感じで、楽しくはありません。　日中は自覚の無い女性陣が大声で固まって騒いでいて、ジム自体はコロナの対策をしているのに残念です。

Live lessons in the studio are really fun! !! I joined to get into exercise habits. VR lessons for radical fitness are fun, but live lessons are taught by the instructor, so you can feel at ease even for the first time! I love all the staff because they are really kind and listen to everything 😊 When I enter, I always do alcohol disinfection and temperature measurement! When you finish using the machine, you can wipe it with a disinfectant sheet!

A 24-hour gym is rare in this area, and there are so many applicants to join the gym that you can hang it on an outside pipe chair and wait. I was lucky to be able to join at a low monthly fee, but the number of people is increasing endlessly, so even if I go to the time I want to use, there is no space for the stretch area, let alone the machine. The free weight area is also nice with high quality equipment. However, this is also filled with people who are seriously training, and even if you want to use it, there is not enough space. Also, since the machines are properly placed in a small area, may they hit people? I am worried. It seems that the concept is to feel free to go empty-handed, but since all the lockers are buried, you should be careful about managing valuables, and since the shoes are OK, you are often worried that the machine and changing room are dirty. .. The area around the hydrogen water server is also wet and sometimes uncomfortable. I would like you to increase the frequency of cleaning. It would be nice if the users could be distributed well from now on.

Until now, I have run around 3 citizen gyms, 1 privately run gym, fit 365, and anytime, but this is the best. First the price. I think this price is amazing due to the equipment and size (3000 yen without any options). As the staff say that they are doing their best, the free weight corner is wide and substantial. There is a feeling of openness as a whole, and there are studios for yoga and dance, and there is no excitement, so I think it's easier for women to come. Free weights are especially difficult for women to set foot on, but I think I've solved that problem well. At Fit 365, the staff did not stay in the staff room, and I could not see the atmosphere of actively communicating with customers at other gyms, but here I actively talked to the customers and told the staff. I thought it was a very good environment. I'm a little disappointed that I wanted a shower room because it's optional. It will be hot from now on, but I'm still very sweaty at this time, so I'd be grateful if there was such a thing. Since it seems to be the first store, please do not collapse because of a request for holidays in Corona. I think this gym is easy for many people, from beginners to serious people. it's recommended.
