Even though there were three cashiers lined up and there was a customer who took time to pay at a convenience store, I had a fat clerk, but I was replenished with cigarettes until the end, which was very unpleasant. It was the first time I waited for 15 minutes at a convenience store cash register.

Before the autumn of 2018, ☆ 5. The veteran staff who had been there until that time are friendly and I think that the cleaning in the store was well done. After most of the staff were replaced, the ambition and atmosphere inside the store were not felt good either, and it was hardly used. Has management changed?

A shop assistant who thinks like a part-time shop clerk, such as a campaign or a new service, has heard a lot of times saying "I haven't heard anything", "Not taught", "Always no information sharing" and so on. Especially in the past six months, I can see the quality of the shop visible and seem to be deteriorating (the number of shop clerks getting dirty and not educated too much).
