ダイエットと姿勢改善で通いました! 2か月で-13キロくらい痩せることが出来ました。 当たり前なのですが、トレーニングに行ってる期間だけ頑張るのではなく日常生活から運動・食事の大切さを身をもって教えていただけました。 トレーニングも色々なメニューがあり、もちろんキツイのですが、 トレーナーさんのフォローもしっかりあるので、非常に前向きな気持ちで頑張れます。 あと窓が大きいので、ジム特有の閉鎖的な感じが全くないです。

I wanted to fix my body strain and posture if I could cure it with training. The trainer immediately spotted and taught me about my physical condition, listened to my worries, and taught me how to move. It didn't move hard, and it wasn't enough for exercise, but I was surprised because my physical condition had obviously changed after I finished it even once. I realized that this is what it means to have a professional look at it. The windows are big and bright and the space is nice.

The concept of personal training has been blown away. Restoring your original health through exercise is like this! I was very impressed with ️. I was happy that there were many exercises that I could incorporate into my daily activities. The refreshing feeling and comfort after the end was not perfect.

I hadn't been exercising for years, so going to the gym was a high threshold. However, I was able to get a chance to move my body because I was able to relax my fascia and I was taught how to move my body according to my physical condition!

I was able to reduce the weight reasonably! I have been repeating diet and rebound several times until now. I also had a rebound due to stress due to excessive dietary restrictions. However, I was able to lose 5 kilograms in about half a year since I started going to B-FIT. I feel like I was losing weight before I knew it. Also, I am surprised at the change in body shape as I lose weight. My posture has improved and my stomach has become a little cleaner. And I'm very happy that my stiff neck is gone. I was advised to eat a good amount of fermented foods that are good for my body and sweets, so I am continuing my diet with a relaxed feeling. As for training, I am able to set up a program flexibly according to my physical condition and physical strength, so I am relieved. The trainer encourages me so I can train with a positive attitude. Stretching after workouts is very pleasant and you can relax and go home. I would like to continue communicating for a long time.
