Thank you for listening to the small talk every time, and I am looking forward to talking with the receptionist at the Shirokuma Pharmacy because the chances of talking with people have decreased due to the corona virus. It seems that some people felt uncomfortable, but it wasn't like that at all, and it was rather kind and a good impression. Isn't it wrong with some other pharmacy? I don't know the truth, but I often use Shirokuma Pharmacy, but I have never seen such a thing in the past. If you are dissatisfied, you can say it directly on the spot ... It only looks like you're hitting your back. I think it is wrong to express dissatisfaction with an individual because the review is an evaluation of the entire pharmacy. The lady at the reception is a pharmacy who feels terribly unpleasant. It feels like taking a prescription with one hand with a straight face without looking at it. The handling of insurance cards is the same. I don't ask for the kind of hospitality that a department store does, but isn't it possible for me to respond as a person according to my age? This is where people who are ill go. Be the other person and think carefully.
