The thermo camera at the reception is displayed more than 2.5 degrees below the true body temperature. Even though I have a fever of 39 degrees, the doctor here treats me as a patient with 36.5 degrees. It's pretty bad to have a medical examination using a thermometer that is 2.5 degrees wrong. I was a trusted family doctor, but I will never go again

It is not possible to get enough explanation from the doctor because of the business sense of the lord, and it cannot relieve the patient's anxiety. The consultation procedure is poor and progress is slow, so the patient has to wait instead of waiting. The reception woman is unfriendly and unresponsive. As a result, the degree of satisfaction is low, and I do not want to use it again.
