Before Corona, it was a hangout for grandmothers. Everyone was chatting loudly in the middle with a small dog, which was only unpleasant for me who wanted to play with the dog.
When I went after the Corona holiday, the rules changed to limit 10 dogs and set a social distance of 2m, so both dogs and I enjoyed playing. It's a large dog, but it's big enough to play around, and I'm grateful that it's free.
