Really hot inside so prepare to sweat a lot. So many things that are forbidden, signs and announcements that keep reminding you that X, Y and Z are forbidden. No way to do proper deadlifts. Day pass was 2700 yen. The only reason I do not give it 1 star is because the equipment is quite good.

Good gym with good staffs and facilities. Much better than Joyfit Higashinakano!!

Lots of ladies, an ok Gold's Gym chain with good selection of equipment. If you can use the Harajuku one I'd still go with that. Compared to the typical micro gyms of Tokyo this is a very very good experience.

I've only used the stretching area, weight training area and showers; all of which are clean. I haven't been here during the peak hours, but so far I haven't had to wait in line to use the training machines. They also have a lounge (also available for non-members) where you can get protein drinks or just relax. Also, granted that it doesn't seem to be strictly implemented, the whole franchise isn't very friendly to people with tattoos. You'd have to cover it up even in the locker room (not sure if that includes the shower area).

NO TATTOOS! I told them I could cover then up if I bought a longer sleeve and pants. Still said no. It's a cultural difference.
