Too much regulations by the staff makes it uncomfortable to work out. 👎🏽. Open 24 hours 👍🏽

Pretty good location. It's always clean. Sometimes a little crowded, but that's inevitable. My only wish is that there were more stretching mats. There are only 4 and sometimes you'll have to wait for a turn.

To small, and limited choices on machines. The room height is too low you can’t make pull ups or overhead lifting. Machines too small and easy ( half is maxed out) All is over regulated ( you can’t do this or that) The staff is friendly but useless, in the rush hour they using the Gym too and blocking the machines. But it is clean and the equipment in good shape
