Six months have passed since I went to a special class in Ome! The coaches who teach me and the people who pass (both men and women) are all good people ~ I'm going four times a month, but now I'm going to enjoy the weekly course eight times a month! The metabolic body of the late 40's is gradually becoming a mobile body ~ 😆. The kickbox size is the best! !

I am taking care of my parents and children. Child karate is very good not only in type, but also in courtesy and greetings. I started going to fitness because of my lower body weight after childbirth. Thanks to pelvic exercises and other factors, I became tighter and stronger. The teachers' guidance is polite and we continue with peace of mind.
