川崎に在住しています。家の鍵を紛失してしまったため、サービスを利用しました。夜間にもかかわらず迅速に(30分程度で)駆けつけていただきました。サービスの品質も非常によく、作業は20分程度で完了しました。難易度が高いと思っていたので、あきらめかけていましたが依頼して非常に満足しています。料金に関しても吹っ掛けられることもなく、正規の値段で対応していただけます。（難易度によると思いますが市場価格より少し安いぐらいです。）

東京都品川区。深夜にもかかわらず5分で駆けつけていただいた。また、家の状況が原因で通常であれば鍵を壊さなければならないケースだったが鍵を壊さない形での開錠方法をご提案いただき無事解錠していただいた。以前、他の鍵屋さんに頼んだ際にコミュニケーションや価格でとても嫌な思いをしたのでここの良さが本当にわかった。ありがとうございました。

When I called the second house, I got a call back immediately and was kind enough to tell me the estimated arrival time by searching the address with the navigation system. I was relieved because of my concern for the condominium manager, and I was able to unlock the keys without breaking them, which saved me from having to exchange or duplicate the keys.
