Please review the wording for the patient. I think it's a good idea to explain what you should explain in the curtain with the examination table to the patient in a loud voice that goes out of the curtain and echoes throughout the room without using honorifics. I don't know if I'm doing it that way, but I'm too unaware of protecting patient privacy.
