It’s open on Wednesday through Friday only but this is a must see museum for people who loves Japanese architecture and woodwork. Well maintained and very informative exhibits. You can also visit Ana-Hachiman shrine right next to it.
Various methods of connecting trees without using nails of Japanese architecture are exhibited in models. It can be enjoyed as a puzzle that can be broken down by touching it.
At this museum English speaker is available on every Tuesday.
And a tea-house architect is available on every Thursday.
A small but tightly packed museum.
