I’m so disappointed by the service. I went there for applying thai visa and asked questions about the visa to Japanese staff but she ignored me most of the time. The worst service I had ever had. You should not apply visa here.

The security guard and Japanese staff at visa counter have an attitude. You should never assume things will work out as you expect.

This embassy is trash straight up and down. They have some of the most igonorant and clueless staff I've ever encountered.theyre rude and highly incompetent. You have four different individuals saying four different things.the credentials for hire must have been looks because that's the only skill they have. what's the purpose of a supervisor who is just as clueless rude and non accommodating as his subordinates. One of the staff kept referring to me as ''sir" that was very disrespectful. It's not worth the trip. The embassy and it's staff are complete trash.

Tried calling this place at least 10 times before typhoon Hagibis comes nobody answer my phone . No one ever there as they are all going out having fun! :((((

Thai embassy in Japan can be very stressful if you are not Japanese. They don’t usually give tourists visas for Thailand. So they are extra about the whole process. They make you feel really dumb for not having a visa. When you can only get a Thai visa 3 months ahead of your travels. Been traveling for 5 months and couldn’t get it from my country before I left. The ladies at the front were rude and very doubtful about me getting a visa. Which made it the situation stressful as I already brought my flight ticket and hotel. Also they had ask me if I had an invite to the country from a local Thai. I have never experience having to be invited to a country from an embassy. Nothing but rude people with bs. I had to ask my Thai friends to write a letter stating that I’m a good person and is visiting. This was so strange. Rudest people in Japan are at this embassy! If you can avoid this embassy!!!
