Must visit everytime I go to Japan. Since I don't like filled donuts and donuts with too much icing, I really love their basic bubble donut! It's a bit chewy and not too sweet, different from the donuts we could get in the UK. This branch in Kyoto Station is self-service, so you could choose you donuts and pay at the counter. I bought one of their Halloween donut this time, it's so cute :)

Love Mister Donut! The chocolate and strawberry Pon de Ring donuts are a must have. Chewy and crispy, just perfect!

The donuts look so good but we tried 4 different kinds and they were all virtually tasteless. So sad.

Unique donut flavors for Japan market, really nice to the taste despite the high calories. Partnered with coffee brand to offer excellent coffee choices. Quite busy in the morning when lots of tourists drop by for a quick breakfast. Staff does speak a little English. Located on the second floor, just up the escalator.
