I think that the president or chairman of a pachinko parlor is a tax-exempt privately owned art exhibition site that he bought from local residents. As an aside, it's subtle to think that the money that pachi lovers of Joetsu people earned by sweating is flowing from the pachi-ya to Korea because of the rumors that the pachi-ya here is Korean. If you like them, that's fine.
