Most of the lifting equipment is old and a little rusty and has no cable row machine, but does its job. It has three floors: Studio, machines and cardio and golf.
Has hot baths and sauna.
This place covers not only gym, weight training, aerobic studio, spa, swimming pool, but also indoor golf driving range.
I can spend 3-4 hours easily having a good workout then relaxing time there on a Saturday afternoon.
You can also see some regulars. Most amazing is the over 60 ladies are still super fit.
Great facility and very helpful staff
Although the machines and facilities are old, it is too expensive just in Meguro Ward. It's on the 5th floor so moving around in the gym is a hassle. A 24-hour gym is much better. I don't need the staff so much and want it to be cheaper.
There is a sauna, a cold bath, and a bubble bath, and there are many showers.
