Best for Kobe dwellers. Car park is free for any number of nights if you use the bay shuttle. Usually once per hour, but be sure to check the timetable to make sure.

I'm surprised that Google doesn't list this as a public transit option between Kansai and Kobe. Easy, cheap, and fast. Buy a Round Trip. No need to reserve. Check schedule. Sometimes there is a large gap of 1.5 hours between rides.

The staffs are friendly. It takes 500 JP for foreigners.
