I used it on a weekday afternoon at a cafe attached to Katsuyama Station on Echizen Railway. The shop has 4 seats at the counter and 4 tables, and the shop shows the old railway destination signboard and the history of Katsuyama station. At around 30:30, there were no other customers. The food menu included cakes lined up in showcases, hand-wrapped pancakes with pizza, ice cream, coffee jelly, and seasonal menus such as Echizen Zenzai. Among them, I got Echietsu Soda, an original drink inspired by the train color of Echizen Railway, but it's cream soda. Vivid blue soda with vanilla ice cream and citron topping. It was a delicious tasty cream soda. There seems to be some shaved ice in summer, so if you have the chance, I'd like to come and eat it.

blend was delicious. I also want to try the other three species. Especially for siphon type.
