The history of Toshima Ward is exhibited permanently. It seems that he is doing "Toden running in Toshima Ward" until January 10, 2021, and I was able to learn the history of Toden. (In principle, photography is prohibited in the exhibition room, but it may be possible if you consult with the curator for a good reason.)
