I went here today as there is currently a campaign (a free day when a current member recommends the gym). Since I'm not a member and wanted to get my pump on, I took my friend up on his offer.
When I arrived there on my lonesome, I was introduced by a nice young lady who tried her best to use English, I explained to her I would like to make use of the campaign, introduced to me by my friend (whose name I gave two times), she thanked me and told me to take a seat. After 5 minutes, a scrawny male staff member came out who basically asked me "日本語喋りますか?" to which I responded "日本語全然できないです". His further response "if you can't speak Japanese, we can't do anything for you". (Actually, I do understand Japanese).
After telling this to my referral friend, he called the gym himself, to which the same staff told my friend, "Oh, since he didn't tell us your name, we couldn't help him".
I'll never be going back to this discriminatory place they call a gym.
コロナ対策も出来ている。
子供のスイミングを保護者が見学出来るスペースが賑やか過ぎるしかなりの密状態。施設サイドは忠告はしているが理解出来ていない保護者が多いのかも。
