I always have one-on-one training carefully. I've been doing muscle training in my own way and hurt my lower back, so if you have a professional make a menu and support heavy weights, you can lift it with confidence. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and when I trained as I was told, I lost a few kilograms a month. Above all, I'm glad that my body fat percentage has dropped. I'm glad I made this gym because I have the flexibility of time and it's easy to make reservations so I can go while balancing my work.

I was looking for a personal gym in Meguro and was one of the gyms I found while trying out various experiences! I used to diet on my own before, but I didn't get much results and decided to take personal training this time. Now, about a month has passed, but my body has been changing steadily! I was worried whether I could endure meals, but I was able to continue with almost no stress thanks to meticulous dietary guidance that was easy to follow. I'll do my best with Lime from now on!

It is a gym where you can teach your usual eating habits and how to use your body, and you can do personal training so exciting that you will not feel anxious about dieting here! I've definitely lost weight and my body shape has improved! I will continue to take care of Lime!
