I went to visit “Shiroki no Taro“ Old Ouchi Mansion ”, located in Shiraki, Hanamachi, Yame City, Fukuoka, famous for Yame-cha. I made a reservation in advance and made a reservation, but I was able to provide meals because I was able to provide meals, the first time I was born after going through the process from a freshly picked bowl in the garden of Ouchi House It was a sashimi made and brought back as a souvenir as a sashimi bowl, but it was very delicious. The tour of Ouchi House is a wonderful space and I think that the building is a period, but I was impressed that the details were carefully cared for in every detail and the moment was stopped. Kimono was displayed and it was wonderful. I don't feel antiquity, and tradition and formality have been passed down. After the tour and experience learning, there was Kai who looked forward to lunch, all received kaiseki cuisine using plenty of local vegetables taken by Yame, Kure soup was very thick and tofu dishes were prepared with wild vegetables, rice cakes, I was deeply moved by the drinks and desserts made with plums and the dishes on the table. I heard from the owner and master of the Ouchi residence, but if I eat something so fresh and happy every day, I will not get sick, I am convinced that the skin is fair and clear with no stains, the master who does not feel the age I really felt it. Is there a correct medical food source here? It was great. I bought some rice as a souvenir and went home. It is the most favorite place in Yame. Oku Yame is wonderful!
Shirojo no Sato Former Ouchi House is located in the mountains of Shiraki, Hanamachi, Yame City, along prefectural road 4, and worked as a politician from the Meiji to early Showa era, and later as director of the Toa Doubun Shoin. The home of Shinzo Ouchi is open to the public and used as a facility for lifelong learning, cultural exchange, and regional development.
It is a building that retains the unique characteristics of a townhouse architecture in the mountain villages of the Shiraki area. It was built in 1884 and expanded and renovated twice in the early Taisho and early Showa periods. It is designated as a tangible cultural property of the town as a valuable thing to be seen. The interior is characterized by large, solid beams.
If you make a reservation, you can also enjoy local dishes full of the natural blessings of Tachibana-cho, such as the specialty salmon.
I am standing in a quiet and calm atmosphere. I think Mr. Ouchi is a powerful lord of Chugoku district, but I want to know why the margin became established in Tachibana.
It was a quaint old house
