Relatively easy to navigate online booking system. Treatment at the clinic was completely void of any bedside manner. Went to clinic due to ear pain (suspected ear infection). Treatment was without explanation and no warning of the pain that it would induce. Little to no explanation for the potential cause of infection nor any explanation for what I should expect in terms of time to recovery. Left feeling very disrespected and frustrated that I had little agency over the treatment and little understanding of what was happening.
