When I tried to request a flat tire repair, I was surprised at the response of the clerk...I was advised to replace the tire and tube (6000 yen) instead of repairing...I can not repair it...The level of customer service is too low Withered. I went to another small long-established bicycle store, and although I asked for tube replacement, I confirmed the puncture and fixed it in 10 minutes with craftsmanship (1000 yen). This bicycle will never go again (angry)

The former store manager was kind and nice. After changing the manager, I asked for adjustment and replacement of the shift wire, and a few days later, the end cap was gone. A salesclerk is an amateur, a part-time job? I am sorry that my work is rough. It's about time to replace your bicycle. Look for a different shop at this time.

I bought a child's bicycle, but I was surprised at the attitude of looking down on the staff. Besides that, I called out to the clerk and called, "Please come over because I want that bicycle," but while I was heading for the bicycle, another customer stopped me and I was there. I started the conversation and waited for 30 minutes, I'm sorry I have no words ... However, I think the bicycle itself is cheap, so it's two stars!
