Instructors are almost all part-time college students. It is not particularly national. The instructor was often late, and during this time he read manga on his smartphone while he was in charge. Also, it is easy to think that individual tutoring is more generous than a school-style cram school, but basically, unless you ask, you do not play, and even if you listen, you just explain while seeing the answer and there is no skill. Is it an administrator when explaining the membership? I had a terrible impression with the staff lecturer at the front, but the actual situation is as above. Administrators are often not in the classroom in the first place because they are working on multiple classrooms. It was a cram school where the discrepancy between advertising and the actual situation was severe.
