Great place if you live within 30 min drive with young kids. Cherry blossoms impressive in spring.

Nice park

Weekdays are very quiet and sparsely populated. It is crowded with barbecue people on Saturdays and Sundays. Still, it's more laid-back and idyllic than a large park. In spring, you can enjoy cherry blossoms, rows of cherry blossom trees in Taida, and cherry blossoms in Miharu. Fireflies are also released in early summer. If you are lucky, you can meet a kingfisher. You may see cosmos fields in the fall and Mt. Fuji in the winter if the weather is nice. Please note that there is a charge if the parking lot is parked for 30 minutes or more. Recently, the garbage left after barbecue is conspicuous. Let's clean up after having fun.

A nice place for BBQ in the river. There is parking nearby so you can come by car and there is a toilet so it's nice. I'm worried that the riverbank will be charged because it is prohibited to open fire or there are traces of open fire by people without manners and they have not brought back charcoal. If you do a bonfire or BBQ here, if you don't follow the minimum etiquette, you can use it for free, but I'm talking about what to do if you really charge for it because of people who don't mind. Anyway, it's really hard in a world where you have to follow the manners according to the people who can and cannot do it. I want to keep good manners and use it neatly so that it will not be charged.

The regulating pond is just an oasis of wild birds. The area around the green park, which is rich in nature, is well maintained, and I think it is the best place for elementary school excursions. Perhaps it is also suitable for observing aquatic organisms. Fireflies also live in the area. It has a function as a regulating pond for the Yanase River water level, and is thought to play its original role in the event of a heavy rain disaster. Please note that the altitude around the area is low.
