The gray-haired grandfather's words were bad and I felt sick! Even before, the gray-haired grandfather hadn't searched for bread products, so when I asked the gray-haired grandfather, he said it wouldn't be there, and another clerk heard it. It seems that they were looking for it together, and after buying it, they didn't look for the gray-haired grandfather at all, and complained all the time! It's a funny customer, if you don't have one, find it yourself! That's not what the clerk says! It's a good level to fire! It's the first time I've been so uncomfortable at a convenience store! I understand that this Lawson has a bad reputation! I thought it would be quick to close! The store manager also seems to be an evaluation disaster, so I think it can't be helped! !! Please be careful of gray-haired grandfathers! !! !!

この　お店自体の評価では無いのですこの　お店に来た　在るお客さんに対しての評価なんです昼にコーヒーを２個　買いに来た時　両手がコーヒーを持って塞がっていたのですが当人はいつもの事で慣れてて肩で入り口のドアを押し開くつもりで出ようとしたら軽トラに乗ってやって来た　作業服を着た５０代位の男性が店に入って来たんですそして私が入り口に近付くと　オッと!と私を見て　サッと入り口に戻ってサァどうぞ!とニッコリ笑って入り口を開けて下さったんです　もうもうカッコよくてズッキュン💖でした　久しぶりにときめきました親切な紳士です　軽トラが白馬に思えました　客に愛されない評判の悪い店の中でも素敵な出来事が起こるんですね　店では無くお客がお客に起こした本当の意味でのホッとステーションでした

Another store, Matsumoto Lawson, has closed... When I went to another business before, I forgot sometime at night ... At the time of accounting, I was really troubled because the shop staff did not come out at all! I waited for about 5 minutes...I think it was probably the owner. The correspondence is too sweet. I didn't have a word to keep you waiting...I felt angry because I didn't apologize. I wrote it in the inquiry form. If so, another store is recommended. I don't think there will be any next.

The owner here (Ikeda) is really over. The image of Lawson is over. Ikeda's face appears wherever Lawson goes. I no longer want to shop at Lawson. It seems to be stupid. Despite some people being frightened, Lawson headquarters and the Consumer Affairs Center are companions who are not serious about it.
