It is a place where there are few visitors in a fairly undeveloped hydrophilic park. It is a difficult place for parking, and it is a walking place, so the access is not very good. It is a place to come while searching for a mountain village in the feeling of hiking that walks about 20 minutes from the General Culture Center. There are benches and toilets. In spring, many cherry blossom trees are planted and bloom beautifully. There were also flowers of narcissus.

Even if it is called a park, there are two water wheels and a pond that are not moving. There is not enough to call it a park.
