The worst customer service in Japan, I been stand beside the sales for 15 minutes, she just ignore me

The line is CRAZY LONG. The stocks are soo few. By the time you're inside the store, there is nothing left for you. So you have to be at the mall by 9am or earlier. WHY CANT THEY JUST PUT SO MUCH STOCK SO PEOPLE WOULD HAVE WIDER OPTIONS AND LINES WON'T BE THIS LONG.

I came to the shop in the morning and staff ( a man who is old and not tall ) is very rude. He saw me held my phone in my hand ,suddenly he said " no photo" . I will ask him a model that I'm looking for from my phone, but he always kept saying " no picture". I hardly tried to explain that " I didn't take a picture of your store but he didn't listen to me and finally when he knew he was wrong he only said " I see ". No apologize or say something that he feels sorry that misunderstood. I came to Japan so many times but never met the person who very rude like this man.

Good friendly staff - low in stock because all get swiped in the morning! Queue starts at 9 apparently. They should restock at random times in the day :p

I'm sorry, as much as I love CDG, this store is just cancer. Staff does not feel like they want to be working there at all. Asked the staff a question nicely and got a very cold reply and absolutely zero help. They were also overly strict about the no camera rule when people were just holding their phones in their hands. You don't have to yell out exactly what's on the sign, we can read bro. Also, what's funny is, 90% of the time the store is sold out with only like 3 t shirts hanging, what's there to even take a picture of. Unless you're going super early on a restock day, don't come here. You're better off buying CDG Play elsewhere.
