There are hot and cold studios, very clean and spacious. With the impression that there are many members who are enthusiastic, the studio is lively and the instructors will always welcome you warmly. Guidance is very polite and accurate, so you can fully feel your body changing and you will be motivated to keep it fun! In particular, private lessons will help you improve your body more quickly because you can see the details of your physical condition and habits that you can hardly understand. It is a studio where I want to continue going, looking forward to future changes.

I have been doing yoga for about 5 years, but last year I moved to a new home and found a new yoga studio. And I met zen place. In Japan, I often specialize in hot yoga, and having a room-temperature studio, and having a private lesson for me, who wants to improve quickly, were even more attractive. In my private lessons, I began to improve my posture, breathing, and strengthen my trunk. I realize I'm sending hard work every day. I'm going to know the need for physical maintenance because I've worked too hard and broken my body in the past. Each approach is different, but changing your body will change your feelings. I am grateful to the teacher who assisted me with this in zen place.

Since I am new to yoga, I had individual lessons. Not only the basic movement of yoga, but also flexibly responded to this request, so I enjoyed my time very much. For poses that do not work well, what muscles and parts are the cause, and for poses that work well, propose more challenging poses, and after finishing, feel good fatigue and heart There was a feeling of satisfaction. The first one is especially recommended!

Since I started going here, there were some poses that I, even my stiff body, were able to do, and the lines of my body changed. The point is that you can take room temperature yoga and Pilates! I also recommend a therapy ball class ♪

The instructors are kind and teach well. Thanks to that, not only the body but also the mental changed. There are various types and levels of lessons, so it is recommended for beginners and advanced yoga teachers.
