This restaurant is the “high end” shop of the MOS Burger fast food chain restaurants. The burgers are a notch above what you’d find in their regular shops, and considering you can get a lunch set for under a 1,000 yen (US$10), it’s actually not a bad deal. The spacious (almost “cavernous”) interior adds to a very laid back feel. I saw another review that mentioned ordering from a tablet, but fortunately we didn’t have to order like that, which seems like a rather unpopular trend in restaurants in Tokyo and probably the rest of the country. Overall a decent meal and a nice location, but not something I’d go out of my way to hit up.
Great location. Nice and new. Senior staff(manager?) was very attentive.
Cajun chicken burger was great! Spicy and flavoursome. 👍 Mos fried potato good.
But... Staff really need more training. "Do you know how to use a tablet?" Really? How about, "Here's how to order on our tablets." Wine placed on the corner of the empty table.
The aircon, way up in the lofty ceiling, drip water down on customers and food.
Self serve water in environmentally friendly paper cups is nice but truly water resistant cups might help. After my meal, I picked up my cup and was well on its way to falling under its own weight. Small things..
The signature clean and easy to eat from a paper pocket is self serve. No premium there. Seems premium presentation is preffered over customer convenience. Sure both can be achieved, no?
Still early days as it is only a week or so since opening. Sure it'll be better next time. Go MOS!
Their service is excellent, kind and freindly,and the Chrismas decoration is so beautiful.
