Shibuya Hikarie

Always get lost here, but love the feel of the place. Nice to just sit and look out over SHIBUYA during a long shopping trip!

I love this place, a zillion floors with every product you don't really need but maybe still want after seeing it..... More casual, more fun, and less pricey (ok, not that much less pricey) than traditional department stores, but still feels upscale. Best views in the neighborhood if you know to continue looking for up-escalators even when they stop being obvious (don't stop until you reach the 11th floor), with the series of (mostly) not-shopping floors above the restaurant floors being vaguely weird and wonderful. Also, what a great name for a building.... Hikari e....!

Very well connected with trains via metro and JR lines. Its great shopping center and you may get everything here especially the art and craft items. There is a free sky lobby on the 11th floor and it give amazing view of the shibuya city and the Shibuya crossing. Take the elevator from the 2nd floor to reach there.

Very nice place went here at night but i swear i saw a man in a black cloak hand hearting the moon

Free observation deck (Sky Lobby) on the 11th floor, take the escalator up to 2F and keep walking straight until you can take the elevator up to 11F on your left. Awesome views of Shibuya crossing! We came at 5PM on a Saturday, there were only a handful of people here. There's also a scale model of the city here.
