Nice dance great teacher
Clean and new location of the Polish Roppongi. I took Exotic Pole class from Shi-ko and had a wonderful session. Students are friendly, several time we spoke each other. If you are concern to take pole dance lesson, I highly recommend this place.
The wonderful teachers of Japan's top pole dancers will kindly teach you according to your level, from those who have never exercised to those who are aiming for the tournament 🥺
Of course, there are plenty of pole lesson classes, but there are also flexible classes, so it is recommended for those who want to exercise but Paul has a little high hurdles.
From kids to over 40 like me, the age group is wide and it's fun to make various friends!

The lessons are divided into classes, and there are variations that will satisfy everyone from beginners to super-advanced students. When using it for rental, the mini studio separated from others is very easy to use. It's a private environment, so you can play music and practice with two poles!
I have been attending for many years since I longed for the teachers. Nakameguro's studio is spacious and it is good to take lessons at your own pace. It's a lot of fun because he always teaches me various things carefully ☆
