A shop where you can eat authentic pizza made from Italian flour and natural yeast. Anyway, the dough is delicious and I personally think it's Saitama's best. Not to mention pizza, all the dishes are delicious, so it is recommended to use it for dinner. We are particular about homemade ingredients such as fresh pasta, desserts, and dressings. I also like the fact that it uses a lot of local ingredients such as vegetables. The casual interior with tatami mat seats and the price is reasonable for the quality of the food. It is a restaurant that makes you want to go even from afar.

I'm a regular Not only pizza but also other dishes are delicious and you can feel the commitment to each item. The recommended menu changes every time and I'm always looking forward to going ❗ It is a very good impression that seasonal vegetables are seasoned to make the best use of the taste of the ingredients ❗ The price may be a little high if you are not used to it. However, eating quality food in Tokyo is probably 1.5 times the price of this food. 人気なのが不思議。ピザはまぁまぁだと思うがパスタは高い割に…。アサリの砂を出しきれてないのか、割れた貝殻が入っているのか食べる度にジャリジャリ…砂はある程度仕方ないがここは酷すぎ。他にも頼んだ料理を忘れられた。クチコミでも配膳ミスが指摘されてるがこの店ではよくあることなのか。席数少ないのに…。

Anyway, a Neapolitan pizza shop that is particular about the fabric. You can fully enjoy the flavor and sweetness of wheat. Emmental cheese and inca awakening potatoes It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. Kiln-baked pizza is recommended. I had Margherita using goat mozzarella and quattroformage, but the dough and sauce are also good! Next, let's eat pasta.
