I use it several times a year. The correspondence of the staff is good. I just bought an additional side menu as recommended. Even if recommended by Starbucks in my hometown, I wouldn't buy it (laughs)
It is commendable that the space is used effectively even if it is small.
It is complicated to clean up the tray. There are instructions for burning garbage, but the small letters that are difficult to understand came to me. I was in a hurry, though.
Although it is vacant on weekdays, it takes time because there are only two clerk, so I think it would be early if there was another one.

It is the only Starbucks on the expressway in Niigata Prefecture.
The Kanetsu Expressway is located at Takasaka SA and Kamisato SA, but there are no stores up to this point on the Hokuriku Expressway in the Niigata area.
You can also use it from the lower road (rumors say there are many requests to go here, so an approach road and a parking lot were created).
