Shinjuku Hiro Clinic

The doors for the afternoon shift open at 2.30. It was a Friday. I got there before 2.30, and there was a line to get in. Doors opened and there were about 4 attendants there to process everyone. It was my first time, so I filled in an English questionnaire on an I-pad. Very busy place. The waiting room was comfortable. I got in to see the dermatologist at 3.30. I used Japanese, but there was an assistant around who made sure everything was understood. The doctor was very good and professional. It took a while to get called up to pay, but again, it was very busy. There is a pharmacy next door to get your medicine. The instructions were in English. I recommend this clinic.

Omg these people are so amazing. An australian (me) staggers into their clinic with a fever of 39, can hardly walk, in a world of pain. These amazing angels of nurses, it turned my day from hell, to heaven. Thank you thank you so much. Ill never forget you.

Went to the clinic as i had a urine infection, the staff and doctor were very helpful, extremely efficient, and friendly, i recommend this clinic, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again when in Shinjuku. Anne B.

I can’t speak Japanese but I had an easy and efficient experience at this clinic for a cough and sore throat. Consultation was done in proficient English - highly recommend this place for tourists.

Came in for an elbow fracture. Was given great treatment by English speaking doctor. Took his time explaining injury, x-ray and outlook of what to expect going forward.
