While personal training gyms are overwhelming in Ebisu, I feel that it is rare for those who have such a long track record.
I was at a certain big gym, but it was just bad quality.
The representative trainer was active and participated in the national polity and was seen as an enthusiastic student.
There is no shower, but it is recommended at a gym that is easy to go to if you are near you.
Although it was available for visitor personal, we were able to update the weight of the bench press by 10 kg in one month after use. I'd like to see the machine again.
There was no shower and the facilities were not very substantial.
A large body staff was proud of sleep deprivation all the time and could not concentrate much on training.
