Because I didn't have a cash register, I came back without buying anything after waiting almost 20 minutes at a cafe. What should I do if another store clerk who made coffee checks out? Lol Unprecedented customer service store ww that makes customers wait before buying

You can order the cafe on the first floor and carry it if you are waiting on the second floor. The cleanup is self. The atmosphere is good with a hideaway feel.

The place where the snacks research laboratory was originally located is a cafe. (Shop moved to next door in the same building) It seems that local sake can also be drunk by standing, and the popular snack products of the Otsumi Laboratory, smoked nuts and hatahata, were on the menu as an appetizer set (200 yen). The 1st floor is a space for drinking alcohol. The 2nd floor is a relaxed and quiet space, where you can relax. I asked for a matcha set and was guided to the 2nd floor. I sat at the counter, but it was comfortable to sit in. The matcha set was made by a local sweets maker in Shimane, and I felt the Shimane-ness (I'm also doing an ambiguous public event). The cake looked delicious, but when I asked, there weren't many.
