The training content is excellent, and the staff trainers are very good. I quit going. The privacy policy on the homepage states, "In principle, we will not provide personal information to third parties except as specified below. He had been heard without any consent or not. Compliance education is not at all. The training content is just wonderful, so disappointing. I wanted to report it to the management and ask for improvement, but the website only lists the phone number that leads to the reception. I hope the administration sees this.

I am involved in health care, but I think it is an ideal training method that can be recommended for all ages. Training using the neuromuscular reflex means creating a functional body. It can be said that creating a functional body leads to the improvement of cognitive function. The range of joint movement is increased, and muscle flexibility is also provided, leading to an improvement in blood flow. Naturally, it can be said that it is also effective for back pain and stiff shoulders. In my case, I'm lucky enough to go every day. On the contrary, it may not be suitable for those who want to create a body with a focused appearance like Six Pack in a short period of time.
