The clerk's response does not extend to Lexus stores. It is a little inferior to a domestic store, and not so good. The atmosphere in the store is not like a luxury car store. When I asked BMW to inspect the car, the car came back with a scar that was about 20 cm away. If you asked me to replace the damaged parts, I was told that you would have to wait more than a month with troublesomeness. After posting what was scratched on the web questionnaire, they responded the next day.
