Excellent cake and service! We had our company trip in Japan this month and stayed in Nagaoka for one night. It was coincidentally our boss's birthday. Therefore, we contacted this shop to order a custom birthday cake for a surprise party. The contact person "Izumi Ueda", who is also a daughter of the shop, is kind, enthusiastic, and patient. Moreover, the cake is far beyond our expectation. It is not only lovely in appearance but also delicious in taste. We certainly love and enjoyed it. That is definitely one of our best experience in Japan.

I got the cream puff from this shop as a souvenir. It was small but it was delicious with nuts in the skin. The custard cream is modest in sweetness, and it is said that it will be added after receiving the order.
