The space was a little small, and the staff were nice and friendly.
You can use a clean machine as you like, and 2700 yen per month (1000 yen for insurance and hydrogen water) is cheap. 20:00 is the best time at the end of weekends and holidays, but 18:00
I went for a tour before the opening. Attention to sight → There are enough 20-30 treadmills. 3 bicycles? , Three moonwalks? , There are six machines (one foot, two abs, two backs, one chest), three each. If you want to do muscle training, you don't have enough machines. There is no free weight. Yul-based gym like "Carbs"? A fast gym? Kind of? Daiei has no holidays, but here are Thursdays, Obon, and New Year holidays. It is the least usable. The average person goes to the gym more often than during a long vacation.
I'm happy with the right machine in place, but I think it feels unsatisfactory for those who want muscles.
