Tried the custard pie and that was good, but we bought a selection of savory pies to take away; minced beef, chunky steak, and chicken And they were awful: They were all sweet, as in sugar in the pastry and filling sweet. The minced beef filling was a sweet tomato affair. The chunky steak contained 2 small prices of dried, chewy beef in a sweet tomato affair. The chicken was non-existent in.... you’ve guessed it, a sweet sauce.

Pie Face makes hand pies with funny faces with either sweet or savory fillings. The pies vary in price but are under 500 yen per pie. Also pie prices vary depending if you take out or eat in. I got two savory pies, potato clam chowder and a beef stew. The beef stew was a limited time pie and it had big chunks of beef. It had a nice flavor but I really liked the potato clam chowder, it was creamy with a light clam flavor. Eat in while the pies are fresh and hot! Great place to get a quick snack!

Delicious pie with flakey crust (I got the chicken and mushroom). Eat it fresh right away. The hot milk tea with cheese cream was also good.

So delish!!!!!!!! Going to try all the flavors slowly.. tried butter chicken curry and limited summer vegetable & bacon w salsa sauce, both are superb!! Ate too fast so not picture of the pies which look so cute as well..
