using every time , a little bit old facility
If you take the course, you can use the machine for 150 yen or more from high school students
There are people who use it while speaking loudly in Chinese, and there are women who cool down by leaving a towel, but other than that, they can give up comfortably.
When I consulted the machine, I was told that I was stuck on the wall because it was too much trouble.
There is an aroma massage for women only, and a yoga-like program can be received for around 500 yen.
To save power at night, it is difficult to find that there are many places where electricity is turned off.
It is better to remove the timing when there are sports kids as parking lots and reception areas are chaotic.
A facility that is ideal for exercise
You can make use of a machine or make a menu that suits you by interviewing a sports instructor (qualified person). A community-based facility where you can play a variety of sports.
Everything seems to have taken over the training machine of the gymnasium in Akiruno, so there are plenty of types even though it is a small place. The running machine is a separate room.
It is the home of the Judo Federation that children are learning.
