2020 Edit: After rebranding to Magnet this place has lost all of its charm and is is now just another dying department store. Wish they would bring back 109 Men’s... If you like gyalu-o fashion, then this is the quintessential place for you. That said, a lot of items are the same in each store, so the variety may not be what you could find elsewhere. Also, the central location makes everything more expensive to cater to tourists.

You can see Shibuya crossing from this spot. For one piece lovers, you can find one of official mugiwara store. For a first time visitors it's a bit hard to find the exit door, as I have to go to underground channel connecting to Shibuya train station due to lack or unseen signages in the mall

Loved it! Got an amazing fall jacket for $40 and it's so good material. Plus you can see the crossing from the rooftop for 600 yen

This place is so cool, you could find the mural in the 4/5th floor and there's mugiwara store, if you're one piece's fan. And the top of the building there's an observatory deck that you can get the best view of shibuya crossing

This place is great for the comic book nerd. The elevators are super slow and there's two. They were celebrating Batman's 80th birthday which was really great to see, lots of photo ops. Top floor is great to view shibuya crossing. They charge 300 yen but I think it's worth it for the view
