Great exhibits, but a bit pricey for the amount of exhibits. It's a nice building and has some interesting historic information. I think the omiyagi was way overpriced, though.

A unique museum displaying kites from all over Japan and around the world. You can experience kite flying in the wind tunnel laboratory. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are free for junior high school students and younger.

There was a video of a kite battle, there was an exhibition of kites nationwide, and there were plenty of kite flying experiences and kite making experiences.
