I had a great time training at DEED gym and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area whether it is for a few weeks or for months at a time. Ryo was a real professional who knew what he was doing and helped me a lot while I was there.

I have my body trained by teleworking! I think that you are able to train your muscles efficiently by giving guidance in an easy-to-understand manner.

東新宿駅からはほぼ直結、新宿からも歩けるので、とても通いやすいのが助かります。いくつかパーソナルトレーニングに通ったことがありますが、やはりここのトレーナーさんが好きで続けています。食事指導やダイエット・減量のアドバイスも的確にもしてくれるので、トレーニングサポート以上のメリットが多いのが嬉しいです。

Since the reviews were good, I have been enjoying it since I tried it once. First of all, the advice is extremely accurate. It will fix the form accordingly and explain which muscles it works for. In addition, it instantly determines "how much weight you can carry" and adjusts the weight. (It will attack the last minute that can not be crushed) The self-weight squat "Brazilian squat" used to pull its legs without dumbbells a year ago, but now it is possible to hold 9 or 10 kg in each hand. I can't believe it. Thanks to my muscle pain once a week, I have muscles in my buttocks and chest, and it is also due to corona, but I think about my body and drink a lot of alcohol as before. Has also decreased. Perhaps because of this, the weight does not fluctuate even before menstruation and is constant. At this gym, I don't force myself to go to the gym more often, and I teach training that I can do at home, so I have more dumbbells at home. Also, Mr. Yanagisawa is good at talking and listening, so I just talk about various things. (I think you've heard that you care about your family). It's easy to make reservations, and since there are no other people on a one-to-one basis, it's also a point that you don't mind the eyes at all. I am always grateful for your help. I want to build a stronger and tighter body, so I will continue to attend.
