The bicycles are well-maintained, and the staff are so kind and helpful. They try their best to meet our exact demands so flexibly. But it’s preferable to reserve beforehand, as it’s getting popular.

Hiro is an international traveler and cyclist who provides excellent equipment and services - not just your standard tourist bikes and added extras like smartphone holders. Fantastic way to see Yokohama

Off-road type 4 ~ 50km borrowed all day in Yokohama It was cheap and comfortable Mr. manager's staff, the receptionist's staff was great, I will borrow again
